Renovation Updates as of June 14

Roof replacement scheduled for June 15 to July 13.

Impact on Members

• Parking lot near clubhouse will be closed
• Dumpster and enclosure in parking lot will reduce access to clubhouse
• Access to clubhouse entrance will be reduced
• Reduced access to rink 1 nearest the clubhouse
• Clubhouse maybe closed somedays due to roof work over entrance

Men's Washroom Renovation scheduled for June 15 to July 8

Impact on Members

• Men's washroom will be closed
• A portable toilet will be available.  Washrooms in Senior Centre will also be available

Removal and Replacement HVAC equipment scheduled for June 18 to June 22

Impact on Members

• Access to locker room will be unavailable June 18 to June 22
• Members who need access to their bowls are asked to remove them prior to June 18
• Reduced access to mats, ground sheets and jacks during this period

Impact on Play

• Some Tag matches maybe cancelled due to construction activities
• Tournaments scheduled for July 1, July 7, July 18, July 22 and August 3 will NOT be cancelled
