Renovation Updates as of September 24

Work on Eavestrough and downspouts continues 

Impact on Members

Use of the patio on south side of clubhouse maybe restricted due to installation of eavestroughs and downspouts.

Members are asked to beware of overhead work.  

Impact on Play

Play should not be impacted.  Members are asked to beware of overhead work and work on the back patio

Men's Washroom Renovation completed, however more work needed

Impact on Members

• Renovation of Men's is completed
• However leaks in urinal and sink taps where identified during renovation.  Repairs will take approximately one day.  And will occur the week of Sept 28
• Men's washroom will be unavailable during the repair.  Washrooms in Senior Centre are available

Removal and Replacement HVAC equipment mostly complete Sept 24

Impact on Members

• No Heat or AC as of Sept 11
• Gas meter to be moved Sept 28, heat will return soon
• Members able to access to locker room again
• Mats, ground sheets and jacks relocated to main room
